| That was very relaxing,sunny but rather windy day.We chose this summit because of quite easy routes us convalescence for Natalia's knee.We didn't take any climbing accessories and rope.Ascent partly via SE ridge and traverse the place II-III UIAA.We buldered a ledge above Diva valley and backed to the ridge.Then climbed whole the ridge with 3 summits till the Hreben Svistovych Vezi and backed to the main SW summit.Great views from the ridge and summits.Descent via SW ridge(Svistova pass direction)to Rovienkova kotlina.Very crumbly rocks in couloir.Climbed with Natalia. | ||

| Ascend was part of the weekend meeting of Slovak high-mountaineering club (www.svts.sk). We ascended SW ridge (I-III UIAA) and descended via normal route. It was brilliant. | Gorgeous weather and views, wonderful downhill from the summit through the whole length of Velka Studena valley to Stary Smokovec ... Meanwhile...great, surprising adventure started by finding a mobile phone on the summit ...making Polish-Slovak friendship at Zbojnicka Chata chalet while coming back down ... The day was so beatiful till the evening ...just before 10pm we got to know that the Pope John Paul II died ... | |

| Nice ascent with a heavy rucksack stuffed with ...beer and vodka bottles ...souvenirs from Smokovec ;-) One of a few great ridge crossings of those old years basing in Zakopane, time and distances didn't matter ... Ascent via Velka Studena Valley from Smokovec, descent through Prielom Pass and whole Belovodska Valley to Lysa Polana . | |
