Very Enjoyable Scramble  Sucess!

Really enjoyed the scramble up the gully. Kept close to the rock and found a couple class 3 cracks up the slabs also. Only downfall was some annoying flies on the way up and a bit dusty on the way down.

Always nice to be up at Tahquitch's hideout...

Skeeters!  Sucess!

Got fouled up looking for loop route of Tahquitz Rock. Ended up going up and down this thing with a million mosquitoes in tow. Too much woodsy action for me, not enough rock.

Missed it!

I was aiming for this route but ended up on a different gully halfway between Lily and Tahquitz with lots more bushwhacking and some class 4 exposure to gain the ridgeline, came out about 8400ft. Decided I wanted Lily more then Tahquitz LO and went down to it. Then took this route, the proper one, for a descent. Very fun scrambling area. Lots of respect for those climbing the face of Lily.

Too Short  Sucess!

I found this route very enjoyable, but entirely too short, especially the 3d class section.
