| We arrived around noon at the Morski Oko Chalet after we had arrived from Slovakia by bus at Lysa Polana and had walked to the hut. Busloads of people walk up to the hut, but the lake is worth it. After checking in we hiked up to the summit and went the same way back. Great views, sunny autumn day. | |

| Quite long ago that I can't remember all details, from Morskie Oko to Five Polish Lakes, I visited the pass on other occasions but as far as I remember I summited Szpiglasowy just once. | |

| Started at Palenica Bialczanska, went through Roztoki Valley to Piec Stawow Polskich Valley and via Szpiglasowa Przelecz ascended the peak. Descended to Morskie Oko and then to Palenica Bialczanska. Classical route, very good at the beginning before longer hikes in Tatras. | |
