Wowwhat a great shot. This is a common snake all over where I live as well. I have even seen them in the high country of Glacier National Park. The one I saw was about the size of a wooden pencil and it was traveling down the trail from Sperry Chalet.

Re: WowThanks for the compliment! I've seen them all around the Northeast but it's hard to take any decent photos of them. I took about forty or fifty of this guy and this photo turned out to be the only good one.
