Tahoma Creek, which drains...

Tahoma Creek, which drains the Tahoma Glacier and the South Tahoma Glacier of Mt. Rainier, has frequently flooded. Note the width of the flood swath compared to the width of the creek as it is flowing in the picture now. Yeah, yeah, there's a rainbow in the picture too. Now if Mt. Rainier would have made an appearance, that would have been nicer than the legendary pot of gold. Okay, maybe not a pot of gold, but a pot of potatoes for sure. May 23, 2005.
