From a sociological standpoint, hikers also have a VOICE, especially when they're far-removed from Cyberspace (forum pages) where climbers and hikers definitely don't seem to be on the BEST terms with one another. Of course, HUMOR is always the best medicine, and will usually keep you healthy and fit. Just my two copper pennies.
