Teton Art

This is a linoleum print that I did from a picture taken of the Grand and Owen from the summit of Teewinot in 2005. When I first drew it on the block, I drew it just like the picture, which meant it would be backward when I printed it, so I had to start over! If it were any other mountains, no one would really be able to tell, but with the Grand's famous profile I couldn't leave it that way! Here is a link to the real photograph: The Grand and Owen
