Texel Group panorama to the south from near the Andelsalm

The two partly snow covered peaks on the left are Tschigat (2998m) and the Lazinser Rötelspitze (3037m). The saddle between them is the Halsljoch (2808m), and that's my next goal. Getting there means a gentle ascent of just over 400 m, although the snow could make it harder higher up. It will be soft... The two dark peaks on the right, with the mountain stream between them, are just small nearby elevations with little prominence. Almost fully hidden behind the pointy one is the Lodner (3228m), my favorite mountain in the Texel Group. And finally, the big one on the right is Hohe Weiße (3278m). From this viewpoint, a bit south of the Andelsalm, an approach route up to the Lodner and Hohe Weiße heads up the grassy slopes on the far right. I've just come down from there, and it clearly wasn't traveled much. A little bit higher I came across just one big cairn and that was it. 15 July 2013.
