That was the mountain.
After I got to the top, I came back a couple hundred m to take this shot.

The rocks: People from the mountains (Aymara people) moved the rocks to the road deliberately to close it. It was like that for kms...

Altitude at that corner (summit)> 4.496 m (14.750 ft).
