The clouds kept pushing up...
The clouds kept pushing up from the San Luis Valley side, but the upslope winds from the Wet Mountain Valley side kept pushing them back from the ridge line. The battle continued for a long time and finally the San Luis Valley side won. The weather beat me down the mountain too. Twin Sisters oversees the action, in the background. (August 2004.)
