I'm still thinking of doing that, though in the reverse direction, and I'll skip Adams since I've already been there. The idea would be to camp at Willow Lake and start really early! I figure if I'm too tired by the time I get near Obstruction, I can bail and head back to Willow Lake. From what I understand, this is an exhilerating fourth-class ridge scramble. Since you did that Ripsaw Ridge, I'm sure you could handle the Willow Creek Ridge, flatlander or not!
