| It was a beautiful day. A quick snowshoe...when you just want to get out. Pair it with lunch at Galena Lodge and you have a very leisurely mountain outing. | |

| I'm not sure why I did this peak, probably just because it was in the guide book and it was close off the road for winter. There's nothing to this- pick any of a million hills anywhere in the mountains and give it a cool name- same thing. | |

| A very quick day, great for conditioning especially if you have to break trail. Though I must say, its a rarity for a hike to be boring to me but the benign nature of the terrain sure wasnt much to look at. | |
