Snowbank Mountains main western summit. The benchmark was found to the left of where SP member Bob Bolton is seen and just beyond the antenna structure in the foreground. Further left and out of the picture is the area that is most likely the highest spot of ground on either on of the Snowbank Mtn peaks. Some will lament the fact that this mountain has structures on top but I always say that it is no fault of the mountain and mountains like Snowbank will continue to attract these structures since they are the highest point of land in the area and provide the best communication potential. 6-27-04

Looks like

some giants were playing golf in
Boise, and in one mighty swing one
of them hit a golf ball up there.

That really is a regular sized golf ball that I have cleverly hung from a string to fit just right into this picture. Ever since Paul Bunyan left Boise, there are no giants left to play golf so I had to improvise.
