I've heard that Wolf's Head in Wind Rivers is comparable if not a bit easier and shorter. Can't wait to do it someday...

An actual climbing shot as photo of the week? I don't think that we can tolerate this blatant sacrilege.

Hehehe... Frankly, I did not expect it to win at all. If anything, this or that photo from the same series deserve it more. Voting on SP works in a mysterious way :)

Thanks Charles. It's a super exposed ridge made of solid and grippy granite. What else can one wish for!??? :)

This ridge looks like it's streaking skyward about to swallow you like a venus flytrap.

"Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."   --Calvin Coolidge
