The Flint Trail

One of the interesting aspects of the road that leads to Lands End from the Hans Flat ranger station, is the Flint Trail Overlook. Take a short hike over to the overlook for a great view of a road that has been carved into the side of the Orange cliffs. A narrow road where sharp switchbacks necessitate only one vehicle at a time on it and places where you may be holding your breath during the drive.
