The House of Stone and Light

The House of the rising sun? Nope, this is a special place near Payson, AZ. If these times continue to spiral down and I need a place to retreat to, this would probably be it. This area receives a dusting of snow in the winter, but it usually melts out by the first of April. There's a reliable source of water near here called Houston Creek, and a ranch called Fox Farm just to the north. In this sheltered spot against the rocks, you can find several species of agave, juniper, cactus, and another flowering bush I have no clue of. It is a mystery that will probably remain one!! CHEERS!
