The key gate

The key gate

The gate off the highway had this sign on it. The road in the background leads to the Black Sand Springs route. Since it didn't actually say no trespassing, we reasoned that the orange colors on all the fence posts indicated that the ranchers didn't want hunting to take place on the land. We also reasoned that there must be a right of way for access to the BLM land beyond. GPS coordinates for this gate can be found in the route section. If anyone has any more information on this situation, it would be helpful to know so I can post it here. 10-10-10

Summon the Gatekeeper!

Isn't that the kind of gate that opens and
closes in a matter of seconds, and the
general rule among ranchers is to "Leave the
gate as it was found?"

I think your reasoning was "DEAD-ON."

Happy Holidays to you and yours, Dean!
