The North Loop Trail...

The North Loop Trail traverses at about 11,000' for about 3 1/2 miles through a magnificent Bristlecone Pine forest before finally dropping down toward Kyle Creek. It is awe inspiring walking past these ancient giants - some thousands of years old! Pic taken ~3pm, July 29th, 2005.
