Picturesque round trip
During the summer 2014 we climbed the Palisades and wanted to continue to Marcus and Dege Peak. Tons of treacherous snow crossed our plans. But we had a tremendous day in the wilderniss with no people at all. You can find some pictures on my website (written is in German, sry).

You can avoid a lot of bushwhacking if you keep a little left on the saddle between Marcus and Palisades. I'll upload GPX sometime. Peak register showed lots of climbs in September. Very good location.
