That looks like Excelsior in the far upper right...

I don't think that's excelsior. I think that's the unnamed pointy peak just south of summit lake. i believe excelsior is just hidden and out of camera in the upper left corner of this shot.

Steeleman is right. Here is a shot of the pointy peak including Summit Lake. This pano (0.6MB) from Camiaca Peak gives another look including Excelsior.

Bob meant far upper left... Bob, now put the map down, you win. I'll concede that is Excelsior Peak. I was thinking it was this peak. Steeleman is correct on pointing out that the peak on the right is south of Summit Lake.

i still think the true summit of excelsior is out of photo upper left, hidden in this shot. what you think is excelsior here is actually a false summit on the north ridge just below the summit.
