The Snezka massif seen from...
The Snezka massif seen from the trail going to Kozi Grzbiet (the WS direction). Meadows seen in the foreground with scattered Calluna vulgaris, Pinus montana and Picea excelsa are documented by botanists as an arctic tundra. In the centre is Lucni Bouda (a tourist hostel) and nearby White Elbe flows as an infant river. September 9, 2005.
