Sometimes you can really tell if a photo is shot up high. This one really gives me the feeling of a high, desolate and silent place. It is.

You had good luck with the weather as well.

	Hasn't voted	Thanks much for the comments. As you know the summit of Kili is indeed a remarkable place. We did luck out with the weather, it was very cold but there was little or no wind. I enjoyed your Aconcagua trip report, by the way. Take care.

I have wanted to climb Kili for years now but so far it has been impossible to convince my girlfriend to have an attempt on such a high mountain. Like Mama Tembo she doesn't see the necessity to actually reach a summit. Maybe your TR will convince her. Temperatures are a problem still....
