The southwest face route of...

The southwest face route of Cusick Mountain ascends the loose rock, keeping on this side of the brown basalt dikes, then cuts straight up to the smooth limestone of the main east ridge. From there its a short scramble up the sedimentary rock of the summit. Pt. 9,180 is is beyond the end of the ridge. Oct. 2004.
