Martin -- This photo of Tasman is taken from the area of the Grand Plateau. Silberhorn is on the left and the North Shoulder route can be seen as the right skyline, as you describe. Also very clear is the Syme Ridge route, which climbs the obvious buttress seen head-on in this photo to a point just right of the summit. The Balfour face can be seen in this photo.
