The steep mountains north of Campa pass

After crossing Campa pass, I could hardly keep my eyes away from the big, steep mountains lining the north side of the pass. The peak on the far right is Pachanta. It appears to be the lowest, is actually higher than the others. 6 June 2011.

illusion

the rock face on the left looks weird, maybe a lens or optical illusion formed by the rock bands

It's no optical thing, it really does look like that.
