The summit block of Cannon...
The summit block of Cannon Mountain on August 16, 2002. The easiest way up the block is up the south side pictured here. In summer, it's just a friction scramble of very little danger (unless you fall to the west side, which drops away enough to kill you) to a one-at-a-time perch.
