The Thornton Lakes area from the South Ridge of Trappers Peak on December 23, 2004. Thornton Peak ("Old Damnation"; see caption for this picture) is at center, Mt. Triumph is through the notch, "Arc de Triumph" is right of the notch, and "X-Dike Peak" is at upper right.
