Everytime I view this

wonderful picture, I fall into a daydream and
hear the beautiful lyrics of this song:
"Venus, Goddess of Love that you are...

And the place called Sad Saddle turns into a
Happy Saddle! : )

Re: Everytime I view this

Hanna has complained before about me posting her grins to advertise my SP activities. If she ever reads your comment, Larry, I'll have to go backpacking around the planet:))
And then one day, I might manage to reach some of the most backward corners of the sphere like e.g. Aridzona, see red and form a joint venture with the spirits of the Sinaquans, Winnetou (the famous chief of the Apache befriended by Karl May and shot - CIA agents? - in Croatia) and General Kościuszko, and take revenge on all those ungrateful, biting local critters. Better keep a happy saddle close at hand , Larry!

PS: Everytime I view this

I must admit I love this smile too :)
May your mountains of smiles rise higher and higher in '09, Larry!

Re: Everytime I view this

Jacek, I don't think that Americans get the story about Vinnetou and Old Shatterhand. It is totally unknown here...I was so crazy about Karl May stories, something like 30 years ago...

Re: Everytime I view this

And now you've accomplished what neither Karl May (Larry had heard of him before, from yours truly) nor I did - you are in the Winnetou country!!! Or aren't you actually? :)
