Great easy scramble from Devil's Lake. Not sure why this one isn't on more people's radar. Lovely trails and simple routefinding, with nice views as a reward.

Beautiful
Went for a solo jog and ended up at the base of the wife. Scrambled up it for an awesome view. Cool little rock. I'm definitely bringing my kids back.

Went up "The House Rock" then headed over to the wife. Got a little bit of fun scrambling on both peaks. The fresh blanket of snow made the area very scenic.
ran everything but the steep part up to the summit. round trip from Devils Lake in 2 hours 10 minutes. sunny in Bend, stormy to the west. was in the first snow of the year (for me anyway), but it was pretty broken up, so it was sunny at the top and sunny on the way back. most of the view was obscured by the clouds, but it was still nice to check this little one off my list ;-)

I left Devil's Lake around 5 AM, and was on the summit at 7:30. Nice views for such an easy hike. I could see From Hood to Thielsen, and a white tip that may or may not have been Shasta. I only saw 3 other people on the PCT, and It was Independence day!
