Thornton Peak from the SSW...

Thornton Peak from the SSW (from the lower slopes of Damnation Peak) on March 1, 2004. Thornton is about 0.6 miles south of Triumph on the same ridge. I'm quite impressed with that West Face. I wonder if it's been climbed.
