| Started from Pié Tofana (1668 m). Walked up to Tofana di Dentro. From Tofana di Dentro we crossed to Tofana di Mezzo, via the Ferrata Lamon. We descended to Col Druscié with the cabin lift, and from there we walked back to the car that stayed at Pié Tofana. As we got back at 3:30 p.m. to our camping site in Cortina, after an hour's rest I decided to go to the mountains again, and I climbed the peaks Ra Gusela and Nuvolau as 2 extras. A total 2340 m elevation gain in a single day. Personal top record up to now. | |

| Did the via ferrata Lamon & via ferrata Formenton, starting from the Refugio Ra Valles. Big thunderstorm chased me from the summit of Tofana di Dentro to the Tofana di Mezzo. Fastest via ferrata I ever did. | |

| My first (totally unplanned) visit to Dolomites and experience I will remember forever. Perfect three days and definitely love on the first sight. From Cortina we decided to summit the area we noticed while we were approaching to the valley. So the choice was Tofana di Dentro and it was more than successful and enjoyable. | |
