Overview

Upper Beaver Meadows Trailhead.

This trailhead provides access to the Ute Trail and Beaver Mountain Trail systems.

Note that the road to Upper Beaver Meadows Trailhead is closed in the winter (there is a gate at the turnoff from US 36).

Driving Directions

From the fee gate at the Beaver Meadows entrance of the park on US 36, drive west on US 36 for 0.7 miles to the Upper Beaver Meadows turnoff. Turn left and drive 1.5 miles to the Upper Beaver Meadows Trailhead.

Amenities

Camping is not allowed at the trailhead, nor is drinking water available. There are no toilets.
