Trico Peak from the north
Approaching Trico Peak from the north. Although the climb from here looks like it could be tough, it really isn't. There is plenty of typical San Juan loose rock and scree, but with minor routefinding the difficulty can be kept mostly 2nd class. San Juan Mountains, Colorado. August 2007.
