On friday May 10,2002 we started our climbing trip from Karadj through "Chalus" Road. we left the main road at "Pol-e-Zanguleh" to east and went toward "Noor" river valley and northern face of Azaadkuh. we passed "Lavashm" saddle which has over 3000 m height and three villages: "Nessen" , "Peel" and "Minaak". from "Minaak" we turned to south and went to "Kallak-bala" village . we take accomodation on village for night.
On May 11,2002 we waked up early morning and went to summit by normal route. sky was partly cloudy but clouds were compact and after 11 o'clock storm and snow started. we continued our climbing through a bad weather but there was no problem, because our head (Akbar Hormozjani) and our leader(Mohammad Farahani) had a long experience on climbing Azaadkuh and they were completely introduced by route. Finally we arrived on summit at 14 AM.
Our team included 8 persons and 11 mountaineer from "Mahallat" city taked part in the trip.
