Half way up the first ridge, we went up the SW face instead of following the trail from two cairns that mark the spot, along the SW face N39-00-777 W106-29-125 at 12,230' and 1:30. Just past the top of the first ridge N39-01-034 W106-29-053 at 12,953' and 2:10. At the top of the second ridge and the hard part is out of the way N39-01-357 W106-28-873 at 13,631' and 3:15. On the summit of La Plata N39-01-769 W106-28-379 at 14,336' and 4:00. You can not get lost with these waypoints now. Have fun and enjoy.
