Description:

One stays overnight in the Mischabel Hut 3335m, so that one can climb the Nadelhorn 4327m. The hut is above Saas Fee in the Swiss canton Valais (Wallis) in Switzerland. The Mischabel-Hut is highly located (at 3335m) and largely. 130 people can sleep there. The way to the hut is very beautiful and already fastidious. It has individual climbing places in it and partly is secured with leaders and ropes.

The tour / the ascent:
On the next early morning we are started in the Mischabelhuette 3335m. Over a ridge to the Schwarzhorn 3620m (the first peak on this tour). Then one goes on the Hohbalm-glacier, with some deep crevasses. One traverses the glacier to the Windjoch 3850m. Afterwards over the northeast ridge to the point
4115m. Almost done! Now still the last stretch over the ridge to the summit of Nadelhorn 4327m. Descent on the same route.
By the descent still the Ulrichshorn 3925m can be mounted.

Difficulty: WS (PD) / I-II
