Crooked Creek TH
I skipped this one my first two times down here, so I finally picked it off my third time on the ridge. Only about 1 mile and 1200 feet gain from Crooked Creek TH.

Route: Light / Twelevemile Ridge
Hiked over from Light Peak and returned via the same route. Excellent view of the surrounding peaks.

From South Fork Crooked Creek Trailhead
Hiked this peak from the South Fork Crooked Creek Trailhead with my canine, rudi. Very windy on summit ridge.
Route Climbed: Ridge from Light Peak Date Climbed: August 11, 2005
Doggone kids wouldn't wear gaiters and there are lots of cockleburrs. Left them in saddle with walkie talkie and hiked up to summit. Fairly easy hike from summit of Light Peak .... except for cockleburrs.
