Ubehebe-Little Ubehebe Saddle and Little Ubehebe Peak

Seen from the Racetrack at dawn. A trail accesses Little Ubehebe by heading right (north) and climbing to a ridge point north of Little Ubehebe, but heading straight up the gully system to the saddle is more direct, especially if Ubehebe Peak is a goal. Expect loose rock, Class 3 and 4 moves, and dryfalls (easy to climb or bypass) along the way. Death Valley National Park, CA-- April 2012
