Umbrella Meadows

These large meadows are on the southeast base of Umbrella Butte. The trail from the Slate Lake trailhead can be seen along the edge of the larger one. From these meadows one can head up the south east aspect or continue on the trail to slowly ascend the ridges and come up from the south on the main divide to the summits. July 2007
