Gareth, thanks for the vote. So, you know these are the peaks right next door to your Geissler Mountain? There are about 4 or 5 others in there that need to be explored next season. A few will require multi day excursions. It's a nice place in fall.

Thanks for the vote Britt. Just agreed to attempt Mount Champion next week with a friend. When i saw your vote, it reminded me of when you wrote up that Champion page. Sorry if I came across as an asshole back then.

Hey man! You didn't seem like anything of the sort. You were just correcting a dumb mistake on my part. You're live in Colorado and I don't so your word is a lot more knowledgeable than anything I have to offer. I thank you for it. It's because of people like you that SP is what it is. I do know that next time I come out there though I'll be getting in contact with you and the other CO Spers for info and maybe even getting together! Thanks and take care!

Hi Aaron, I climbed these summits the day ya'll climbed Sopris. From our conversation on n Maroon, you had a lot more wind than I did. Thanks for the vote.



Weather and condidtion permitting, Jim and I will attempt Mount Champion next week. I'll keep you posted.
