You're kidding...I thought you weren't suppose to camp on the
summit. Never heard any word on the unicycles.
I have a book stating there's one tree left
on the summit of Half Dome. Do you remember seeing a tree up there? Were you trying to get your name in the record books?

I think that's called a "gray area!"
Climbers used to take drills and hammers up
the walls with them to establish a route, and
to add 'bolts' and 'pitons' for protection.
It takes "mechanical energy" to operate a
hammer or a drill! I don't see a difference
between a climbers tool and a unicycle.

And, the tree was there for a reason.
"Firewood" was not on the list of reasons.
