Voted 10/10 | I have looked to this photo tons of times and I finally think I figured it out, it might be a Araneus sp (or maybe Araneus thaddeus).
Look for it on google and you'll see it's very, very similar.
At first I thought it was a orange crab spider, but then I found an inconsistency, the eye set. It is quite different from the orange crab spider. But Araneus sp and Araneus thaddeus are pretty much like this one.
