I salute my wife who is willing to go out in the middle of nowhere and camp where there are no facilities. She is my support and cheers me on in my crazy pursuit of peaks all over the west. We had to drive 70 miles of dirt road to get to this spot where we camped for the night which allowed me to hike to the top of Mt. Trumbull the next day (arizona strip area). The sun was just setting when I took this picture.

Actually, I could make out where the canyon is. I'll try and post a pic I took of that.
I hadn't been to the Arizona Strip area before and found it a worthwhile trip.
