Hasn't voted | Thank you Rob. Yeah, it's pretty serious, a compound fracture of my tibia and fibula on my right leg. I got a titanium rod from my knee to my ankle now. Hopefully, I'll be walking again by September.

It happened in the Eldorado Creek Basin on July 2nd. A mistake on my part, really just happy to be alive. I'll write up a full trip report soon.

I fractured my leg is multiple places and had to get a titanium rod inserted. About 8 weeks on crutches and another 3 months of rehab, and I am hiking again. Just doing some really easy stuff to get back in shape at the moment. Probably going to stick with scrambling / hiking, and maybe some easier climbing in the future. I was very fortunate to have stopped where I did.
