A great way to end a day in the mountains...returning to camp to grab beer buried in the snow...the top didn't stay on much longer.
In the background-- Wolf Mountain, the Sawtooth Traverse, and Sawtooth Mountain in Montana's Beartooth Mountains.

Voted 10/10 | ...believe this shot hasn't gotten more votes. It should have been POTD! Beer and mountains - what a perfect combo. | | Posted Nov 19, 2010 4:14 pm |

Hasn't voted | It has a caption and is not in a pointless vote-for-me album, Mark. Therefore, it never had a chance! | | Posted Nov 19, 2010 4:45 pm |

Hasn't voted | That's a bit of an understatement; I'm more an IPA addict. Now I'm getting hooked on the Imperial IPA's. | | Posted Nov 28, 2010 6:48 pm |

Voted 10/10 | Tried many English IPAs but remember drinking some American ones too... and some Belgian imperials as well!
Great perspective on this photo.

Hasn't voted | American beers have come a long way over the past couple of decades with the explosion of microbreweries. We still have the junk that gave American beer a bad name, but there's a lot of great stuff out there now. I have also been getting into the Belgians. Exploring beer is almost as much fun as exploring the mountains! | | Posted Dec 2, 2010 9:09 am |
