Partner Details: Trying to get out every other weekend in the local Socal mountains, combined with Sierra Peaks and a few further trips in spring/summer. Here's what I currently do:

* Anything from hiking up to class 3, maybe class 4 depending on the mountain;
* Snow/ice ok; currently not experienced in rope travel though (as in glacier travel).
* Also got a taste of rock climbing and started following easy stuff (5.6/5.7).

Hit me up and chances are high I won't be able to refuse :). I always enjoy good company.

Kearsarge Pass: 04/05/09 Done

Mt. Lamarck: 06/21/09 Wrong route-turned around above Upper Lamarck lake

White Mountain peak: 07/19/09 Done

University Peak North Face: 08/15/09 Done

Wheeler Peak/Bald Mtn, NV: 9/19/09 Done

Mount Agassiz (Sierra): 10/25/09 Did Mt Goode instead due to snow conditions

Ideas for this summer:: Gilbert, Johnson, Lyell, Lamarck/Muriel, Morgan, Dade, Wheeler Peak (NV), Mt. Tom, White Mountain peak

A Few Words: "No pain, no gain" must've originated in mountaineering ...

My passion for mountains only started in July 2005. Although my time is limited due to my job situation, I'm trying to climb/hike something every other weekend. I mainly like day trips but will camp if needed. Next to mountains, I also love cars :). Probably the weirdest combination ever! (Oh, and beer, forgot about that one)
