A Few Words: I have the lifetime summit record for climbing 11,749' Mt. Timpanogos in Utah (413), a strange addiction. I also run trail ultramarathons and train "in the hills." I was a hiker before I started to run, which explains while you'll hardly ever see me on the roads (and why my race times are so slow).
