A Few Words: At 67 years old I have spent over 55 years backpacking, climbing, river running, canoeing,and XC Skiing all over the Olympics, North Cascades, Central Cascades, Sierras, and Rocky Mountains. I taught Outdoor Living for 32 years, and currently teach Medical Emergencies for Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) in Fresno California.
