A Few Words: Update 09/08:
After running around the country for a decade, I have moved back to Colorado. It is so good to be back home, and near the mountains.

(OLD): I grew up in Colorado, and moved to Washington in 1998. My mother is from Ouray, one of the most beautiful spots on the face of the earth.

I have climbed 14 of Colorado's 14ers, with my friend Aaron Johnson.

The "Noodle Knees Express" was born after a particularly traumatic lightning storm on Mt. Elbert in the mid 80s. The group of friends that were formed that day hiked together for years.

These experiences provided some of the best memories, and spawned some of the greatest stories.

Many of the climbing experiences left an indelible impression upon me, and many were significant in shaping my character as a human being.

The mountains have a way of helping you to see just exactly what you are made of.

We all should be so lucky to have such experiences, and such friends.
