Have climbed Mt. Shasta, Mt. Lassen, Whitney's Mountaineer's Route, and I've done a total of four months in Nepal. The first trip I did from 12 to 6 o' clock on the Annapurna circuit and I've also attempted Imja Tse Peak in the Everest Region. I'm an intermediate skilled climber in excellent condition. I've also taken a beginning mountaineering class and have experience with ice axe techniques, crampons, traveling roped up. Well trained in first aid, and wilderness survival. 50-70lbs pack is no problem for me and neither are steep elevation gains. I've been backpacking for 29 years. Would love to do some independent climbs with folks that are as experienced or better. I'm am looking to go back to Nepal at some point and climb the bigger peaks, so anything that adds technical experience is great!
